At the opening of her exhibition TRUE
LIFE, 'BLACK BAZAAR - design dilemmas', the book Ineke made with Ed
van Hinte, was launched. Published by 010 publishers, the book is
not so much a catalogue on her work, but more reflections on design
and the world around us, questioning the ways of rationalizing and
not accepting that life and objects can be unbearable light and good
without knowing why.
In all major
Dutch newspapers and magazines and also European press the
exhibition had very positive reviews. The Dutch art program R.A.M.
paid attention to Ineke Hans, BLACK BAZAAR and TRUE LIFE for half an
hour on national television. |
